• Profile photos (headshots), logos, and brand assets

Information from third parties and public sources:

• Social media platform data (post performance, reach, engagement) when you connect your accounts

3. How We Share Your Information

We do not sell your personal information. We may share your information with:

• Service providers: Third-party AI, hosting, design/media processing, email delivery, and payment processing providers who help us operate our platform. These providers are contractually obligated to protect your data and to use it only to provide services to us.
• Social media platforms: When you connect your accounts, we share content and access tokens with the platforms you authorize — which may include LinkedIn, Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, YouTube, and Google Business Profile — to publish on your behalf.

4. Data Retention

We retain your personal information for as long as your account is active or as needed to provide our Services. If you cancel your subscription, we retain your data for 90 days in case you wish to reactivate. After 90 days, your data is permanently deleted from our active systems. Backup data may persist for up to 180 days.
